Services are non-refundable unless cancelled by the organization (ALPHA DNA LABS LLC) or by an official party within 72 hours of the scheduled test date. (A $25.00 scheduling fee is required.) All mileage fees associated with the test are due prior to a collector being dispatched.

Yes, our team is authorized and contracted to collect DNA specimens for the nation’s top accredited facilities. As such, we deliver accurate chain of custody test results to our clients, which can be used for legal, court or official matters.

For payment of services, we accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards. Insurance is currently not accepted for DNA testing.

All sales are final, regardless of condition or outcome of the pregnancy, including but not limited to a false positive, miscarriage or pregnancy termination. We do not perform pregnancy testing nor do we confirm your pregnancy. It is the patient's responsibility to confirm their pregnancy and presence of a fetus before setting an appointment. For confidentiality reasons, only the test parties are obligated to receive a copy of the test results, regardless of who pays for the test.
